Cancellation Policy

  • Timing: Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.

Exchange & Refund Policy

  1. Damaged/Defective/Missing Items:
    • Report any damaged, defective, or missing items to our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receipt.
    • Claims will only be entertained after verification by the merchant.
  2. Size Issues:
    • Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues. Refunds may be processed in exceptional cases.
  3. Mandatory Opening Video:
    • Customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package and its contents.
    • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  4. Refund Processing:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of approval.
