Cancellation Policy
- Timing: Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
Exchange & Refund Policy
- Damaged/Defective/Missing Items:
- Report any damaged, defective, or missing items to our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receipt.
- Claims will only be entertained after verification by the merchant.
- Size Issues:
- Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues. Refunds may be processed in exceptional cases.
- Mandatory Opening Video:
- Customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package and its contents.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of approval.
